Christian Spigarelli is a third-generation attorney whose family has been helping injured and wronged Kansans for over 50 years. He is committed to helping clients navigate difficult circumstances and pursuing the best possible outcomes on their behalf.
Christian represents individuals and families in a wide range of matters involving personal injury, including motor vehicle crashes, wrongful death, trucking cases, premises liability, and dog bite cases. He has experience working on matters at both the trial court and appellate levels, allowing him to effectively advocate for clients at every stage of a case.
Background
Christian earned his undergraduate degree from Princeton University, where he was a member of the football team. While at Princeton, he authored a senior thesis examining the correlation between guaranteed multi-year athletic scholarships, academic index scores, and student-athlete retention rates.
After graduating, Christian worked at a successful technology startup in New York City in various client-facing roles, where he developed a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and client service. These experiences continue to shape his approach to practicing law, with a focus on responsiveness, clarity, and putting clients first.
Prior to joining Dickerson Oxton, Christian worked at several insurance defense firms, where he gained valuable insight into how insurance companies evaluate, defend, and assign value to claims. He now uses that experience to anticipate defense strategies and advocate more effectively for his clients.
