Tiffany Wylde represents individuals and families in personal injury matters arising from motor vehicle collisions, commercial trucking crashes, premises liability incidents, and wrongful death claims. She works closely with clients through every stage of the legal process, building strong cases designed to help clients move forward after a serious injury and hold negligent parties accountable.
Before joining Dickerson Oxton, Tiffany practiced at insurance defense firms, where she gained firsthand insight into how insurance carriers evaluate claims, investigate accidents, and approach settlement negotiations. Today, she uses that experience to advocate for injured individuals and families and to anticipate the strategies insurance companies use to minimize claims.
Whether she is preparing a case for trial, negotiating a settlement, or helping a client understand what to expect next, Tiffany focuses on being accessible, responsive, and prepared. She believes clients deserve clear communication, honest guidance, and an attorney who will stand beside them throughout the process.
Background
Tiffany earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law, where she received a Certificate in Advocacy Skills and served on the Mock Trial Council. As a finalist in the National Trial Competition, she developed the advocacy and trial skills that continue to serve her clients today.
During law school, Tiffany gained experience through judicial and litigation-focused clerkships and worked with the Paul E. Wilson Project for Innocence & Post-Conviction Remedies, where she strengthened her commitment to effective advocacy and helping people navigate difficult legal challenges.
Tiffany was selected to the 2026 Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers Rising Stars list. She also volunteers with Missouri Boys State and Girls State, where she teaches students about government, civic engagement, and the legal system.
