Recently I completed a personal injury lawsuit using Kahlie and Nicole for our counsel. They were both extremely helpful and sympathetic to my situation. Kahlie was particularly good at explaining the Kansas laws and how they applied.I felt one of her particular strengths was outlining and recommending strategies that would most benefit me. I was tboned by a truck who ran a red light and I had no health insurance, I had lost my job from the injuries and I had to have surgery on my shoulder, I was in a very vulnerable situation, but Tom and his assistants took care of my case and made me feel important and got me the money I needed and deserved. Got into a car accident back in December and decided that I should get a lawyer involved. My husband and I did some searching on Google and came across Dickerson Oxton. Set up a meeting with Chelsea and she took my case. Her team helped me a lot just with the sheer amount of medical bills I had. They were very professional and extremely helpful with dealing with all my questions. They were able to reach a settlement with the other party, but just the fact I had someone to help me wade through the insane amount of bills and paper work made it worth it alone. On September 13, 2016, our lives changed forever. My husband, Jajuan, was in a horrific car accident. He was hit head on by a young distracted driver on a two-lane highway. The driver did not suffer from one single injury, while my husband sustained significant damages to both his body and his vehicle. His arm was nearly severed off, hanging on by a few muscles and tendons. His face was slashed open, crushing the bones in the left side of his face. His knees and legs had minor scrapes and bruises miraculously. Jajuan’s truck was a total loss. It was a miracle he didn’t sustain any life-threatening injuries by the looks of his vehicle.We were recommended by a close friend to Tom & Chelsea Dickerson at Dickerson Oxton. I had not been in a serious accident before so did not know what to expect.
